They ask a lot of questions and most of the time you’re unlikely to get the job. It takes a while for them to get back to you on the outcome if you get the job or not

They respond quickly and have a set of questions set up for you to do before sending in your application. Thereafter they do let you know if you got the role or not and say they will keep you in mind for future career opportunities.
