The interview process is easy 1. application 2. assigned a recruiter to arrange transportation 3. orientation/urine test 4. driving test. On the driving test pay attention to the signs and the speed limits as a new cdl holder they didn't ask me to back because the 3 weeks with the trainer will sharpen your skills. If you have experience, you will be required to back.

3-10 day process of getting hired and linked with a trainer. Before getting on the road. The place of residents isn’t pleasing and the food isn’t pleasant at all either.
- Any violation driving in the past 3 years

It was a horrible process very and organized the hotel is filthy they gave somebody a key to our room Who was drunk and walked right into our room at 1 AM in the morning while I was asleep. The steps are falling off at the hotel and the people at the front desk or on drugs
- They don’t really ask you many questions but the stuff that you’ve already filled out and talk to your recruiter about before you got there so it’s pretty much pointless to talk to a recruiter because they just redo everything once you get there so if something on your applications not right and they don’t inform you of that they’ll send you home once you’re there with a bus ticket they will not send you back in a rental car you will be stranded at the hotel with no transportation

The interview was short and sweet. They review my skills in detail and didn’t really have any of the typical greatest weakness questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
- Describe how you completed this project

Within 4 days of submitting my resume, I was contacted and asked to come in for an interview. The hiring manager spent the first 15 minutes or so giving me a tour through their new office, which was really ideal for me because it allowed me the time to calm down from my nervous interview jitters. During the process of giving me a tour, he gave me a glimpse into the way the business operates. As he took me through all the moving parts behind the scenes, he would introduce me to employees that each had their own role in making sure this system ran smoothly. By the time we sat down to have the actual interview, I was comfortable enough to relax and focus on answering each question I was given with confidence. I was then given the opportunity to spend some time on the floor shadowing someone in the same position to see what a normal workday would look like for me if I was offered the job. Overall, it was a really positive experience.
- How do you respond to stress?

Well really didn't have a interview. Just talked about really nothing just told me I needed my hazmat and Tankers endorsements. And a urine test will be administered. And .52cpm. But neglected to tell you only as a team .35cpm solo.
- Do you have a cdl. Can you pass a urine test. Any accident. How long a cmv driver. Would you be able to get your hazmat. We pay .52cpm. But fail to tell only as a team driver. Solo .35cpm

It is hard to describe the frustration after weeks of interviews. Through my interviews...they had problems which they want immediate fixes; yet, they are unwilling to listen to solid advice and creative thought. They are caught in a paradigm of rehashing the same thing, over and over again. With that way of thought, nothing will change... The fear of change in this company is daunting... If you are anyone with any amount of business or management experience that has an outside-the-box thought, you will be extremely frustrated. Upper management seems to have a fear of new ideas other than their own. If you want to keep drivers, keep them safe, keep them happy in this competitive economy where the demand for freight is increasing...you need to do something different and don't be afraid to hire people who have the qualifications to implement a positive change. Until then, I would stay away from this organization.
- Initial interviews: Typical behavioral questions.

No interview. If you have your CDL and pass a drug test, you’re hired. It’s more than clear seeming some of the drivers they hire that you run into at the terminals.
