Pros
Diversity, great at giving grace to employees, close relationships are formed.
Cons
Offsite corporate gets more advantages. All we ask for if an ice machine, but cannot get that. Yet the offsite corporate gets a coffee shop, food trucks, etc.. We have a microwave that could give out at any second. Offsite facility is up kept better and always getting more advantages.

So I hade my cdl before I came to them. And boy oh boy am I glad I met a woman that they paid for her license. And then said she owed them 10grand after they fired her for a reason they later backed away from. Lucky an attorney helped her and the company backed off. So where to start for me we arrived at a rather prison like setting. Shoved around there terminal and filthy old hotel by a team that was hands down, just rude while in one of the over done days of orientation one of the staff informed a man that he most likely could not even afford to put fuel in a semi. Let alone his own car. The madness only continued I am not gonna sit here and go into details other than to say maybe this place will work for you it works for a lot of people. Our orientation class was around 40 people all of them quiet with in 30 days so I think that in its self should stand enough for people to make their own assessment. I am not gonna sit here and trash this place they have dam good training. And most of the drivers are good and great people. Watch out for the fleet teams they lie a lot breakdown is an utter joke. You can make good money on truck recovery as people leave there tucks like chips on a casino floor
Cons
Already listed above just read that sums it all up

They walk the walk and talk the talk. I am proud to be a part of this company even a year after I started.
Cons
It seems the execs are a little disconnected from some things at times.

Pros
They mostly do team driving.
Cons
Trainers don't give you a lot of space on their truck when you train. No microwave on truck so they expect you to eat at truck stops to survive.

Compulsive Liars, these Recruiters have no integrity!!
