The interviewer was the area manager. He was very friendly and made the whole interview like a conversation which made my nervousness go away. He explained everything about the company and the job role before starting the interview.

Pretty easy simple questions, had my first interview over the phone and the second in person. Most questions are pretty basic any retail job would ask and they also want to know how much you know about crocs.
