Pros
The shoes are out of this world comfortable. Free shoes when you're hired, and 4-8 times year a deep discount on an extra pair or another free pair. Company is restructuring and introducing a lot of streamlining processes. Training programs are getting better. Love working here!
Cons
The changes are not always a clean roll out. Management changes and their typical gripes from most retail stores. Overall, no break the deal type of cons.
Advice to Management
Coaching the team is emphasized but HOW to needs to be rolled out. A lot of managers are telling or demanding but not coaching.
