Crossjoin Solutions interview questions

It was a simple interview and they were very interested and understanding what were my interests to match my profile with a position that would fit, which was nice. I ended up not continuing the recruitment process because it wasnt a role for me.

There were two interviews, one group and one individual, both quite long with just one interviewer. In the group interview, the challenges presented were hypothetical and unlikely problems where the ability to manage people and how to resolve possible conflicts in a team was put to the test. Knowing all the company's values beforehand is very important to show interest. In the individual interview, the technical challenge didn't focus on any technology, but we had to show our line of reasoning to determine the origin of a performance problem.
