Interview
Initial phone call was scheduled to learn more about the role and the opportunity. However, this recruiter was 15 minutes late to the phone call, which is very unprofessional.
We got another phone call scheduled and the recruiter seemed like she was in a rush to get off the phone. She asked 2 questions and said that's it for me. Call lasted lasted 10 minutes.
This level of professionalism is unacceptable.

Screening and second interview were straightforward. The panel process was not: weeks of scheduling delays, less than 24 hours’ notice to prepare a 90-minute panel, and an unexpected language change request mid-presentation. The interview was postponed with a promise to reschedule in person, but no invite was ever sent. I followed up and got no response.

Extremely lengthy interview process, which wasn't abnormal in my search. However, many of the interviewers showed up not knowing the agenda for the call, leaving me to lead the call and clarify the purpose. If anything, it felt very clearly like I was one of many candidates.
