I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online which led to the initial phone screen with the recruiter, who throughout the entire process went above and beyond what I've experienced before by keeping in touch and helping to prepare for the next interview. On our first call, we went over my past experiences, current company metrics, and why I was interested in CrowdStrike. The next step was speaking with one of the managers. Similar to the first call, he asked me about my current position and briefed me on the expectations for the role. From there, I had a video interview with three other managers and the Director. Not being from the industry, they wanted to know what skills would transfer over and how quickly it would take me to ramp up. Lastly, we scheduled another video interview where we ran through a mock sales discovery call of the CrowdStrike product.
Thank you for your review. Our goal is make the interview to hire process as smooth as possible so we are glad that you enjoyed your interview process and have accepted an offer with us. We look forward to you joining the CrowdStrike team soon!

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Barcelona) in Feb 2026
Interview
Screening and second interview were straightforward. The panel process was not: weeks of scheduling delays, less than 24 hours’ notice to prepare a 90-minute panel, and an unexpected language change request mid-presentation. The interview was postponed with a promise to reschedule in person, but no invite was ever sent. I followed up and got no response.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CrowdStrike (Austin, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
Extremely lengthy interview process, which wasn't abnormal in my search. However, many of the interviewers showed up not knowing the agenda for the call, leaving me to lead the call and clarify the purpose. If anything, it felt very clearly like I was one of many candidates.
