I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cummins (Columbus, IN) in Nov 2015
Interview
3 on one interview first round - one making notes, one asking a few questions, and the last driving most of the discussion. 2nd Round phone interview. Purely behavioral questions. Lots of questions about working in teams, and diversity. Opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview. Was also a pre-interview dinner to meet the team and network.
