Organised through the university, initial process was list of questions, including skills, interest in the company, exam results, extra curricular activities. Interview was heavily technical based, questions included define, noise, hand written integration and differentiation questions (fairly straightforward chain rule etc), analysing circuits, calculating resistances, understanding the operation of op-amps (summing, differential etc), explaining the operation of a induction machine and synchronous machine, drawing a block diagram of transferring power from a PV cell to someones home.
