Interview
You get to meet the other candidates and briefly talk to the interviewers. Then one by one you get interviewed by two members and afterwards you have to give a presentation about yourself in front of the whole group.
I interviewed with an experienced director and the whole process went well. They tend to know if you truly understand their culture and whether you are a good fit to the organization.

I've applied online and they reached out through email to see what time and date I would be available to interview. I was interviewed by 2 managers and they were courteous and friendly the entire interview. Within a week after the interview, I received an email with my internship offer. It was a smooth process

Interview
Apply online. 30-45 minute online interview with two recruiters. Mix of behavioral and technical questions. There is a meeting with the recruiters the day before the first round of interviews.
