I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins (Daventry, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Behavioural interview that went for about 1.5 hours, followed by a technical interview which was 30 mins. Behavioural interview asked the standard questions you'd expect anywhere and technical interview was fairly straightforward

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Which TV series do you like the most?
Tell me something about our company.
What is the reason for choosing Cummins?
What are your career plans?
It was a good experience, and I enjoyed travelling to their factory. They reimbursed the travel and hotel stay costs. The safety standards are good at the manufacturing facility, and it was a very multinational environment.
1) Contacted by recruiter, 2) 30-minute phone screen, 3) Interview with Hiring Manager, 4) On-site panel interview.
Overall terrible experience: I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager but then it changed to a virtual meeting with less than a 24hr notice. The Job description did not match the actual responsibilities of the position. The Manager talked like he was a know-it-all, did not ask if I had any questions, and abruptly ended the interview saying he has another meeting. Red flags of a toxic manager.
