Straight forward. Heavy in knowledge of sourcing and excel skills. Other than that, it was a good interview session. Everything else was trained or reviewed. Great company to work for.
Supply Chain Management Functional Interview. Starts with campus recruiting where preferences within the supply chain are assessed - logistics, planning, etc. First round functional/behavioral interview followed by hiring manager interview.

Interview
I was hired after my Masters. First round was telephonic Behavioral, lasted for 20 minutes. The recruiter was just asking question and taking notes. After that I was scheduled for a telephonic interview with director of a business. The interviewer asked few basic question on MRP and gave me an inkling that I will be getting a conformation. I got an offer letter after 1 weeek.
