The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cummins (Columbus, IN) in Nov 2010
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 people. (1 asked questions and 1 listened in) I was asked simple behavioral questions like, "tell me about a time when you dealt with a conflict" and "When did implement creativity to a specific task?" It was very conversational and lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewers were friendly and not intimidating. Overall, the interview was a very positive experience.
