Interview
First round was a phone interview with an analyst at the research departement - screening for potential candidates
Second round was a skills test about the English language knowledge, as well as Excel and Powerpoint skills
Third round consisted in meeting the office director, to whom usually the analyst report; behavioral interview and job opening task description
Fourth and final round was meeting the Senior Manager of the Branch; no job offer at this point

Phone interviews are scheduled using the Google Calendar appointment system. The interview is initiated by the HR. 2 rounds of interviews are involved. She asked about past experience and salary expectations. The HR took the midpoint of my salary range for reporting.

Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.

Very fast process, ultimately didn't get the job but they were responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. HR was very helpful throughout the process and called me instead of emailing to give me quick updates.
