The interview process will differ depending on the particular hiring manager but it will typically follow a resume screening, phone call screening, then in-person interview. An offer may be made to the candidate after the in-person interview. Every once in awhile the company does hold a Workshop which you can be offered a position the same day and the company does visit college campuses for recruiting.

inteview process is good, to many people called and the decision process is too long , the questions were related to aero domain and main focus on pratt, many questions around pratt experience not domain knowledge

Selected in campus interview. It has Three Rounds, written test with basic mechanical engineering problems - objective type then in the next round a technical interview and HR round - nothing much as it is per the offer letter.
