Interview
I applied through university career fair. I got a phone call three weeks after, discussing some behavior and technical question with a engineer at Cymer. I flew to San Diego for a onsite interview one month later. During the onsite, I gave a 30 minutes presentation about one of my past project, flowed by several individual interviews. I received the offer one months later. Overall great experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cymer (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Had to do a presentation on any project of my choice.
It was in front of most of the team. It was followed 3 one-on-ones interviews.
And finally a visit of the lab. I am not that impressed by the turn-around time for the decision.
I was emailed to set up a phone interview. After passing the phone interview, I was scheduled to come on site where I was given a tour and 3 back to back interviews, some with one person, and some with two. The on-site process took about 4 hours. I was told I would be notified if I would receive an offer in the next few days. After emailing them a week later, I was informed I was not going to receive an offer.
