CyrusOne interview questions

The interview process consists of four rounds, beginning with an initial screener. You’ll meet with the recruiter first, followed by your direct supervisor, then the director, and finally the VP. All interviews are conducted in a freeform conversational format. There are no case studies, projects, or technical assessments whatsoever required.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I made it to the final round of interviews/reference checks and was then ghosted… which is unfortunate considering this was for a HR role. I expected more professionalism from the hiring team and hope they do better for future candidates. They are also super nit-picky about who you provide for references.
