Interview
It was a 30-45-minute interview as there were HR/Senior Management and myself as candidate. Several days after the interview, I sent a follow-up email to understand my candidate status but got no response. Months have passed but I was not contacted or shared any feedback. I was very surprised to see such a low professionalism from a big brand like this.

Interview
Interview conducted virtually. 2 rounds of interviews: 1st round with hiring manager Final round with CFO. High turnover and very lean finance team. Super long working hours and high stress level. Can tell very easily whether the interviewer is interested in you. If you are not the potential candidate, the interviewer just want to end off the interview ASAP. Interviewer still quite willing to share more about their company and role even though you can tell that you not going to make to the next round.
