I applied online. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Stockton, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process was very easy, it was a quick over the phone interview due to covid. They asked common questions like what’s your best quality? Why should we hire you? Tell me about a time you made a mistake and what you did to make it right?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you work well in a team environment? Can you handle the weather of a warehouse? (Warehouses get very hot during the summer and so cold during winter.) Can you be on your feet for 8 or more hours?
Interview was easy. The hiring managers were nice and welcoming to the company. The overall warehouse experience was like any other warehouse. A lot of drama within the coworkers and some of the leads .
It was poor and the person asking the questions was very unprofessional. The problem was nothing started on time and also they try to flirt with me. At the end of the day I was offered the job said I didn’t need a drug test and I refuse to job on the spot
