I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain in Oct 2009
Interview
HR is extremely organized and responsive. Their communication skills were much better than any other company I intervewed with while searching for a job after college. My initial on campus interview with their college recruiter was more of a conversation and she was very honest and straightforward. She gave me advice for continuing and succeeding and how I could improve my interview. My second round at headquarters was a first class experience. Wonderful hotel and food and all of the people were extremely personable. The round robin interview went very well and, again, very conversational. This company, especially HR has been the best company I have dealt with in regards to interviews and overall communications. Even talk after the interviews was very helpful, kind, and genuine.

Question 1
What is one example where a task or plan did not go your way and how did you deal with it?
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.
