I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Smithfield, RI) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was a one on one interview with one of the three managers. They ask situational questions like what would you do if a customer had a complaint, then they would ask about different situations and what would you do to help the customer out. Also, they see if you are comfortable about using their specific lingo.
