I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Toledo, OH)
Interview
I originally got a job because I knew a manager personally. I worked here when I was home from school for the summer and winter. The interview process is simple. There is a personality test which is absolutely obnoxious. If you don't pass it at first, I heard that they cannot hire you for another 6-8 weeks.
