30-minute interview with manager. Went over prior experience, how well I fit into a team system, familiarity with metrics, and other things. manager(s) are primarily looking for someone who is willing to learn and willing to teach others
Quick and easy interview process. Only had to do one interview with the general manager. Not too many questions and was able to get information on start date at the time of interview.

The interview is simple. The Manager asks from a list of required questions. About 15 minutes long. Typically, an individual interview. Job was offered at interview. Very casual, relaxed environment.
