Interview
I applied for an Executive Assistant position with a different department in March but was not selected for the interview process. In June a woman from HR called and asked if I would be interested in an Executive Assistant position for the department I now work in.
I interviewed virtually with 5 people plus DTCC's recruiter. Everyone was extremely pleasant and transparent about the position and the company.
The process took about 4 weeks.
