Skype Interview & Mock Class The time from application to interview was only a few days. The interviewer was very friendly, took the time to explain the role and mock class. The most awkward part was pretending that it was a real class with a child.

I applied online and was contacted within the next day. I went through a brief Skype interview about my qualifications. Once I passed this, I was scheduled for a training on the company's platform. Next, I demonstrated my ability to teach in a 30 minute demo class with a real Chinese student. The recruiter then assessed my skills and made me an offer within the week.
