Interview
It is a lengthy multi step process with different departments and a recruiter but very fair and well balanced. Average difficulty. Starts with a telephone screening with the recruiting department, then panel interview with H R then finally a one to one interview with the Facility Administrator.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
