Interview
This is a multi-step interview. First phone interview, then a round at their regional office, then one at the actual clinic. Those in the clinic interview are most of the office staff.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you had to lead a project in a previous job?
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.
Apply, recruiter phone interview, forward resume to hiring manager, hiring manager and additional staff from dept of choice video/ in person interview, job offer.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
