Just questions preselected, like your best and worst qualities, how to deal with stressful situations, past employment, future career goals. Basic Q&A 1:1 interview. Don't be intimidated. Just be honest in any past things you may have done wrong, they are VERY thorough with the background search and with contacting other past employers.... and if hired be prepared for A LOT of training...... I'm talking like college course work training!

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
