I filled out an application online, on the company website. The recruiter followed up with me within a couple days. We scheduled a phone interview. The interview went well. At the end of it, she offered me the job, but also gave me an opportunity to come to the clinic and meet the Facility Administrator and staff, before making a decision. I agreed to go to the clinic. While there I got to talk to the FA, as well as "shadow" an RN on the floor. After the visit later that day, I spoke to to the recruiter and accepted the job offer.
