Interview
This is by far the worst process a company can conduct interview. I applied online and after a week, I got a call from the HR. I initially applied for some other role and the HR offered me to interview for this role. I had a video call with the manager and it went well. The call focused on my resume and my experience. He also wanted to know what kind of experience i had related to product management.Once this call was done the HR came back and told me that they want to move forward in a lower position. I said okay for that and was looking to hear back on the next steps. After that it was complete radio silence. Not matter how many times i emailed the HR, I never got a response. I just want to know what is lined up on the next steps. They could have at-least told me that they are not moving forward. I emailed them multiple times and not even for courtesy sake they did not reply back. It really gave a sense on how the company culture is. Very bad overall experience.
One advice to the management that I would say is that work on the communication process. The product is not required to good but the company culture and how your employees interact is very much important. I would suggest your team to work on it.
