Interview
The interview process consisted in 5 interviews with different team members, and before each of them I had a previous meeting with the Tech Recruiter to go through the meeting's goal and check together what would happen during the interview, which was really helpful to cover my questions about the process and know what to expect of each interview.

Question 1
Questions depended on the interview. I had one interivew with general questions regarding my experience, the way I work and what I was searching in new experiences. Afterwards, a design exercise. After that, the last stage of the interview process consisted in a meeting with my future manager to know more about my way of working, a portfolio presentation and a design critique exercise.
thorough, and very professional. I believe 5 rounds total. I was not able to make it the entire way through the process, but I managed to have 2 rounds of interviews. It was overall very enjoyable and low stress relatively.

The hiring manager was great, he asked thoughtful questions and stayed a little longer to talk about the company and the team. Comms were fast, and I appreciated all the feedback I got.

Interview
It felt disconnected and badly fun. I gave up halfway through their "white boarding" / see how you deal under pressure step.
Second interview was a bunch of questions about work environments you enjoy which were basically impossible to answer if you have worked multiple places.
Interviewers had only worked at datadog and it showed. Had a start up head offer in hand stopped caring.
