I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Daugherty Business Solutions (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I talked with the recruiters at my college career fair. Within the week, one of the recruiters interviewed me over the phone going over my resume.
The following week, I had a skype meeting with a senior software engineer going into the specifics regarding my experience and projects.
Then I was asked to come in for an onsite. I had an interview with a principal software engineer. We did pair programming in typescript and a white board question. The process was quite fun as I learned a lot during the interview and felt well prepared.
Later that day, I was called by the recruiter to come in couple days later to meet with some of the executives. This final portion was conversational discussing company culture and personality fit. They did it on a Friday, so everyone was in a good mood.
On the following Tuesday, I received an offer call.

Interview
The interview process was awful. Just a couple of people who wore backwards hats during the interview and very uninterested in the discussion. It’s obvious this company kind of sucks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daugherty Business Solutions in Jun 2024
Interview
I recently went through the interview process with Daugherty. I was excited about the opportunity and appreciated the chance to engage with the team. However, my experience quickly took a disappointing turn.
After the second interview, I was hoping I could receive feedback about my interviews and see if I could help them, in case they needed more information. Unfortunately, a month passed without any communication. I reached out for updates but received no response. It felt disheartening to be left in the dark, especially after investing time and effort into the interview process.
Effective communication is crucial in any professional setting, and the lack of follow-up has left a negative impression on me. While I understand that hiring decisions can be complex, I believe candidates deserve at least a brief update regarding their status.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daugherty Business Solutions in Jan 2024
Interview
There are three interviews. The first one is a casual conversation with the HR person. The next two are more technical with the last being a Q&A of software engineering questions. It also included a small leet coding exercise in which you need to explain your approach and also how would you improve it in case of new requirements.
