I recently went through the interview process with Daugherty. I was excited about the opportunity and appreciated the chance to engage with the team. However, my experience quickly took a disappointing turn. After the second interview, I was hoping I could receive feedback about my interviews and see if I could help them, in case they needed more information. Unfortunately, a month passed without any communication. I reached out for updates but received no response. It felt disheartening to be left in the dark, especially after investing time and effort into the interview process. Effective communication is crucial in any professional setting, and the lack of follow-up has left a negative impression on me. While I understand that hiring decisions can be complex, I believe candidates deserve at least a brief update regarding their status.
