I was interviewed by 5 teams. First interviewed by the hiring manager, Then by another technical person. I was forwarded to another management team member. Then Dell has the sales team interview. All of the canidates are interviewd to ensure that the personalities will match. Dell spends alot of effort to get the right canidates. they feel if you hire the right person they will not need to manage them out the door.

Had to give product demo to 3 different managers and answer some sales objections. Some standard interview questions as well. Seemed thorough. Really asked me to dive deep into features and had to show off my demo environment that I had a week to prepare for the interview. Showed functionality of the product and described at least 3 components in detail.
