Interview
Firstly, I received a call from Deloitte HR which lasted for 3 mins, wherein the HR asked me basic questions about my job experience. He then said if my resume is selected then I will have to come for the interview. Few days later, I received a call and an e-mail asking me to come for the interview. As I went in, I saw hundreds of candidates waiting for the interview. First round was a Manager round - which I cleared. Second round was Versant - which is a telephonic round to test one's English skills that last for 20 mins. I cleared that. Third round (well, by this time I was almost dying for food/ water - but there were none) is called Belit which is again a test that tests ur reading and listening skills along with observation and judgemental skills. I cleared this too, that too with excellent marks!
After this I was told to come for the next round ie, Senior Manager round. In this round 2 Senior managers sit for the interview. The interviewer was a lunatic. He behaved as he owned the world, probably he feels too much proud of himself to have got the position of a manager! Well, he was more into looking at my face and reading my face and too much interested in my family background! The process almost took 1 week. My interview was really good, atleast to me! But, I kept waiting but did not get any response. I really wasted a month on Deloitte and I feel terrible to have given them importance.
They must change the recruitment process. Make it more clear and Let's not play hide and seek!! Who gets selected and how is a big doubt!

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
