Interview
Applied to through referral. Received a phone call from HR few days later, was informed to complete a 1-hr online assessment consisted of verbal,numerical reasoning test and an essay question at the end. HR called me the next day regarding passing the test and invited me to an interview scheduled one week later. Interviewed by HR first then by two persons from tax team. Lasted for an hour. Was ambushed by another phone interview from tax partner on the next day.
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
