Several online tests, first round interview, case study, partner interview, offer. Took a long time to get back to me, I kept chasing, but it is not the office's fault - they are let down by the corporate hiring process.

Case study was based on showing how you would design an upgraded software system.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
