Applied through campus/university recruiting, attended several recruiting events to shop resume and meet recruiters. Applied online, went through first round (behavioral and case) and second round (longer case and more behavioral). Interviews were with partners and senior managers.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
