I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2007
Interview
Total of three interviews--one behavior and two cases. Broken up over two days: first round (day 1) was one case and one behavioral for thirty minutes each. Each interview was with a Senior Manager or Principal/Director. The interviewers did not offer hints, but did present mini case twists throughout the interview to see how your response would change. Interviewers were casual, but professional.

Question 1
What 'small tasks' are you best at contributing when a part of a team?
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
