Referred by a friend. Contacted by recruiter. Phone interview, followed by in-person. 5 people, simultaneous, led by incumbent manager. Covered work-life balance, team fit, technical grasp, and ability to work with client. After that, phone contact with Senior Manager, and offer/negotiation.

Since I had personal knowledge of the work, most of the questions were not surprising.
Mein Vorstellungsgespräch bei einer Big-4-Firma begann mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung und einer kurzen Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Danach stellte ich mich selbst vor und sprach über meinen Werdegang, meine Erfahrungen und meine Motivation. Anschließend wurden mir fachliche sowie persönliche Fragen gestellt. Die Gesprächspartner interessierten sich besonders für meine Teamfähigkeit, meine Problemlösungskompetenz und meine Motivation. Am Ende konnte ich eigene Fragen stellen und erhielt Informationen über die nächsten Schritte im Bewerbungsprozess. Insgesamt empfand ich das Gespräch als professionell, strukturiert und angenehm
Total 4 rounds of interview, interviewers throughout the process were friendly.
1) online assessment with java,database MCQ with 2 programming questions for 90mins
2) leetcode style programming question easy to medium range
3) in depth discussion and questions from java, multithreading, java 8 features and code snippet outputs
4) project experience and discussion with manager
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
