The whole interview process includes 2 rounds, the first round is done between candidate and manager, the second round is done between candidate and partner.

Question 1
The questions are not so much tough, basically general question, the most important thing you have do is to convince recruiter that you could transfer previous skills to new role or position.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
