I applied online, and was called for a 1-1 phone interview. After the interview, I was called to attend a in-person interview with 2 interviewers. The first interviewer pointed at me to stop talking and answered a phone call during the interview to speak to his son's dentist. The second interviewer was a woman, and told me my response about how I prefer to be a knowledgable leader was a "female response" then she went on a speech about how men lead without knowing and how she is not like most women, and has lead teams along side with men. The whole experience gave me an insight into the potential toxic culture. As a minority woman, not an interview experience I will ever want to repeat. The recruiter was great.
