Interview
5 interviews. 2 with HR, one with a manager responsbile for new hires, one with the managing technology consultant and the last one with the managing consultant.
HR interviews are useless. Three interviews after that were almost identical, same questions and same stories. A lot of things a promised in the interviews, but in reality these promises are not kept.

Durante la prima fase di screening, ho notato che il recruiter è stato piuttosto invasivo con le sue domande, tralasciando completamente gli aspetti legati alla job description e concentrandosi invece su dettagli personali, creando un clima poco confortevole e poco professionale.
