1: Online test
2: HR
3: Technical 1
4: Technical 2
The test round was relatively easy, and the HR interview was also pretty decent. It's when you move up the chain, the 3rd and 4th round gets tough and depends on a lot of things. Here one has to really be on top of their game to crack this. Only 3 people from a total of 24 (who were there from the second round; I don't recall the no of people in the test round.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
