Interview
There were two rounds of interviews -
First round: 30 min Behavioral, 30 min case
Second round: 45 min case, 45 min 'presentation' (essentially another case).
The process took about 2-3 weeks in total.

Question 1
for the behavioral, they asked the basic questions of a time you failed, a time you were a leader, etc
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
