Interview was normal ....some questions on project and some questions on java and data structures. He asked some programs orally ,and I answered all of them.....then he ansked about some general questions like are you interested to work in group or not and some hr kind of a question
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
