Interview
A primeira fase é a de resposta aos testes psicotécnicos e de inglês.
A segunda, é uma entrevista com uma pessoa dos Recursos Humanos, que tenta perceber em que área cada um dos candidatos faz mais sentido e perceber se o candidato faz fit com a empresa ou não.
Depois, existe uma dinâmica de grupo já na área à qual o candidato ficou alocado. A dinâmica está relacionada com a área e achei interessante e, ao mesmo tempo, desafiante.
Por fim, há uma entrevista com um dos partners da área, cujo rumo depende muito do partner, mas que tem sempre uma componente pessoal e uma técnica.
Devo destacar que todo o processo foi feito com um nível de transparência que eu nunca vi! Foi-nos divulgado as datas em que tudo aconteceria a priori e tudo foi cumprido ao pormenor. Todo o processo levou menos de 1 mês!

What is one time I had a conflict with a coworker and how was it resolved?
First round was Online Assesment - Included 2 coding questions, Computer Science Fundamentals and Aptitude
Second & Final Round - There was a single interview round where they asked me all the technical questions only and no HR questions were asked, he have given me a string and asked to reverse the string and as I have mentioned python in my resume so i was asked to code it in python then once i have completed it he asked to check wether the string is a palindrome or not and successfully i have done it by adding in the same code, next he asked some questions from my resume, he asked me about my internship what i have done in my internship some follow up questions and then some questions related to my projects and at last he have asked some computer science fundamental questions (Interview lasted for about 30 minutes)

What is Normalisation? and in follow up they have asked what are types of normalisation explain all, then again a follow up question, what is BCNF?
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
