The digital interview is the first round of interviee you will have to go through after passing the CV screening. It is designed in the platform easy to use and help us comfortable as we can do it in our own environment. It is followed by some games to test your analytical and numerical skills!
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Hyderābād) in Dec 2025
