Pyrometrics assessment, then Hirevue video recordings, and then a final 2 round with a senior manager and a partner. The Hirevue were prerecorded questions, and then you had a few minutes to formulate a response, and then you provided the response within a time limit. Had to repeat that a few times.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
